Who Needs a Will?

Everyone. If you have a spouse or children, own a home or property, or own any assets that you want passed on to someone specific, you need a will.

Do I Need an Attorney to a Make a Will?

Not necessarily. However if your situation is complicated — if you have a previous marriage, blended family, a disabled child or spouse, or have high value assets — it is recommended that you consult an attorney.
